SoulPlaces Oasis | Diane Ludeking ("I," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to transparency. This Cancellation Policy explains the expectations between all parties when engaging with our services, including courses, masterclasses, and animal connection sessions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

I honor the time and energy it takes to prepare for each session and appreciate your mutual respect for that sacred exchange.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged in full. If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, I ask that you reach out to reschedule or discuss other options for receiving the value of your investment—such as transferring your session to a course, a masterclass, or another offering.

Refunds are not issued automatically, but I’m always open to a thoughtful conversation. If it becomes clear that we are not aligned to work together at this time, I will gladly offer a full refund and release the energetic tie.

My intention is to be generous, clear, and grounded in mutual respect. Thank you for being in right relationship with this work.
